First the staff were amazing given the current situation. They were very accommodating and always eager to help. Second, the breakfasts were the highlight of our meals. There was plenty of variety and the items were delicious. The restaurant staff were exceedingly accommodating. I almost had the feeling that my wife and I were being protested custom breakfasts! Thirdly, the location was wonderful allowing us to be very close to the places we had to visit. Finally, the room was adequately spaced allowing us plenty of room to stretch out and relax. These are the reason why Rosas Garden Hotel has been and will remain our first choice for lodging when visiting Manila!

The front desk staff, namely Cherrie and particularly Steph, was very helpful. The guards beside them were also very nice and told me how to get around the area. They took good care of my luggage, especially since I didnt spend the night because I went to be with my cousins wife and my niece after they evacuated away from Taals eruptions. I only went back to the property the morning before check out.

Almost everything was nearly perfect from location to service quality. It is situated strategically near Malate, CCP Complex & Baywalk. The room itself had a homey & cozy feeling as well as a nostalgic feeling of Old Manila in a good way. It was maintained well & the room was very clean from beddings, linen & especially the bathroom although the shower head can do some extensive cleaning. The breakfast was good as the eggs & ham were not too oily and pancakes were fluffy; it may be less than expected for a picky eater though but it satisfies a simple palette. What we liked most about the property is the politeness & courteousness of all the staff from security, reception, housekeeping & restaurant. They also had a cool souvenir shop which offered an extensive array of locally made products. Some may be a bit expensive but mostly are reasonably priced. If youre looking for that satisfying nostalgic place to stay, this is it.
